Please read the following terms carefully before using the 1bet2u platform. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms

The 1bet2u platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are permitted.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of services on 1bet2u, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1bet2u will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your security information.

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following on the 1bet2u platform:

Providing false or misleading information during registration or any verification process.
Using another person's account or sharing account access with a third party.
Using automated software, bots or other technical tools to access or manipulate the platform.
Carrying out any activity that may disrupt, damage or interfere with the functioning of the platform.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.

Should we detect any of the above violations, 1bet2u reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any remaining balance in the associated account.

Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1bet2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including online bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets and other options listed in the platform's payment section.

Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. All deposits are subject to a verification process, which may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

For withdrawal requests, users are required to meet the following conditions:

The account must be fully verified through the required identity verification (KYC) process.
No suspicious activity or active investigation on the account in question.
Withdrawals may only be made to the account or payment method registered under the same user's name.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to the current policies published on the platform.

1bet2u reserves the right to hold or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. In such cases, we may require additional documentation from the user before the transaction is processed.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 1bet2u platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available free from technical disruptions, maintenance or events beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1bet2u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including losses from betting activities.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and visual elements on the 1bet2u platform are our exclusive property and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any of these elements without prior written consent from 1bet2u.

Our platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 1bet2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law

1bet2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
Activities suspected of involving fraud, match manipulation or money laundering.
Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
Failure to verify the user's identity when requested to do so.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users whose accounts have been suspended for verification purposes may contact the 1bet2u support team to resolve the matter.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1bet2u platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed under the relevant jurisdiction.

1bet2u reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest applicable version.
